Big dick on the table move. Love it!
Wow

The night before Spanberger’s inauguration

She’s cleared house at UVA

Top Youngkin appointees resign

Spanberger should be able to easily replace them given Dem trifecta

update on Pablo's previous reporting:
🚨BREAKING: DEMS DRAW RED LINE IN DHS APPROPS: NO FUNDING INCREASE FOR ICE. POLICY RIDERS GROWING. STORY COMING IN MIGRANT INSIDER
🚨NEWS: Senate Dems are reportedly offering ICE funding increases in exchange for body cams and de-escalation training for agents.

Body cams can be turned off. De-escalation training can be ignored.

Unclear if no masks, requiring ID badges, and no immunity is on the table.

GOP Senators are *whining* to the WSJ about how much Schumer was stonewalling them and how it was a bad, unfair thing. And folks who knew about it saw it as a badge of honor for Schumer to piss off someone like Barrasso so.

Keep in mind the party leaders are not supposed to be popular. They have to work with all factions of the party so even if it was AOC, she would still have to be working with all factions of the party.

All right here goes

You don’t like Schumer or Jeffries, fine but what would someone else in their position be doing that they’re not? Because, Schumer is literally being called “unprecedented” by Wall Street Journal because of how effective he is.

A man on tik tok nailed this really well: Women want blerds they don’t want misogynists.
let’s talk about this.

the problem isn’t that women don’t want “nerdy” men in the traditional sense.

the problem is yall lack grooming habits that appeal to women.

That China/Canada partnership just further confirms that the world no longer trusts the United States and I don't blame them. Can you really trust a country where you have to hope that the citizens don't get stupid and elect another Trump type politician?

Reporter: Why would you want someone else’s Nobel Prize?

Trump: She offered it to me.

npopular opinion: gambling needs to be inconvenient. Gambling apps capped at $1000 a month. You should have to talk to a human being if you are going to place bets bigger than that.

And I say that as a person that is known to put a dollar or two on a game.

When I see statements from folks on social media like "*insert politician* really isn't built for this kinda shit" regarding this insanity in Minnesota, while its kinda a fair statement I also have to ask "Are YOU really built for this if you were thrown in that position?"

He doesn’t care because he’s banking on that “white man’s ice is colder” sentiment to carry him over.
Does Gavin Newsom not realize that these clips from his podcast where he's agreeing with the worst people (like Ben Shapiro in this instance) are going to be used against him by everyone in the 2028 Democratic Presidential Primary?

Remember that people thought Dems winning the Senate in '06 was a longshot but they pulled it off with good candidates and an extremely unpopular Bush
Pollster: 58% of Americans say Trump's second term has been a failure. A year into term number two, Trump's numbers look worse than any other president. Trump is even worse than George W. Bush after Katrina and a long period in the Iraq War. This is really, really bad.

I'm a fucking dork to my core but I know full and well that appearances and hygiene matter especially to women if you're trying to approach them.

Just to add to this regarding purity politics. I feel alot of the people that get offended when you bring up purity poltics, act like folks are excusing anything wrong with a politicians when in actuality we just see that said politician has way more upsides than downsides.
We could have been at our best. But you purity politics people helped fuck it up.
I can’t believe there was a “she ain’t Black” narrative about this Black ass woman please leave me alone 😭😭

The kicker is that the bare minimum would open the doors for "nerdy" men to the women they want and they're too stupid to see that. Like if these guys came correct to women, everything ends up coming to together.
let’s talk about this.

A lot of what we're seeing is white people being confronted with SHAME. That's why folks keep INSISTING it's not helpful to ask people what TOOK their asses so long! It's shame. Shame plus FEAR is what gets them yapping like they run shit. Fear and loathing.

President Trump may at times do things that Republicans don’t like, but they say it’s not his fault and that those around Trump are giving him "bad advice" as a way to disagree with his policies while avoiding blaming him.

Saw a lot of headlines saying "wikipedia is embracing ai" being tossed around tabloids, and I'm pretty sure they were maliciously written to make you feel a certain way about Wikipedia. What's actually happening is that wikipedia is demanding payment for data scraping and the corpos don't like that.
Sure. AI companies have ALWAYS been training their models on Wikipedia content, which under the free and open access model is available to anyone — including AI companies. Agreements like these require AI companies to limit and offset the strain they place on Wikimedia infrastructure.

Here's the thing: you have agency. If you think Dem electeds are telling you not to defend yourselves, IGNORE THEM. You are (presumably) a grown adult. You don't need their permission to fight. You can get off your ass anytime you are ready.

Lowkey one of the biggest issues and nobody is really wanting to talk about it is that in getting rid of ICE, what do you do with the personnel in terms of where to transfer them? Especially mainly the ones that just joined up with ICE under this administration.

I think this is why things can get worse for Trump because a lot of people watching the news probably think they are seeing an overrepresenation of what is going on when, if anything, it is an underrepresentation.

And they still hate it.
They also said "All of my teammates at work are in other states. One of them called me yesterday: 'What the actual fuck is really happening because the news is not believable at all.'

"It's all absolutely unhinged & far worse on the ground than it appears on the news."

Time to step up, friends.

You think Kristy Noem is gonna fall on the sword? Fuck no but best believe these agents are gonna be left out to hang once the lawsuits start flying.
January 16, 2026 at 4:09 PM
Whats funny to me of the idea of these ICE Agents being afraid(provided if its legitimately true) is that tbh it comes across like they're 1. Feelin some way that folks at large don't like them & 2. They know that this administration is gonna have them fall on the sword for the consequences.
