Trump continues to mislead (of course) and gaslight on this issue. The only way that this war wouldn’t have happened under Trump, is that he would have forced Ukraine to hand over rule to Putin, as he is attempting to do now. Ukraine has been fighting for 11 years and I’m sure will continue to do so
Trump is once again speaking on behalf of Putin, blaming Zelensky and not Putin for his inability to resolve the conflict. He doesn't care about the people of Ukraine or their sovereignty. He just wants to get credit for ending the war.
