It was the Thomas lecture. Bold, coming from a sex predator, but what the fuck ever...
So,um, SCOTUS waiting to the last day for FSC v. Paxton isn't exactly giving me the warm, fuzzy and 1st Amendment protecting vibes I was...um hoping for.

Are we going to get a lecture from Thomas that tells us we're all evil or do we get a Gorsuch reset the internet law I don't understand decision?

But this speaks to a fundamental failing of the Roberts Court highlighted in Skrmetti--that the Court has shown its willingness to simultaneously undermine both substantive rights and equal protection, leaving some groups with little to no protection under either rights framework (3/3)

Republicans when the judges aren't corrupt enough for them: 😡🤬
Conservative activist Carrie Severino criticizes Justice Barrett for recusing in the Oklahoma schools case:

"It seems this goes beyond her duty to recuse, which could have pernicious long-term consequences if other justices were to do the same."

She worries the 4-4 split "happened unnecessarily."

The court got it right: It's unconstitutional to fund religious schools with taxpayer dollars.

But Christian Nationalists won't stop here, and neither will we. We'll keep fighting to defend the First Amendment against revisionists and religious supremacists.

- Criticized JD Vance's views on Catholicism and Jesus
- Posted an article opposing Trump's immigration policies
- Retweeted twice about the Pope's health
- Retweeted a criticism of Trump & Bukele's laughter at KAG.
