An important part of the job for any WH Press Secretary is to clean up remarks made by the president or offer explanation/context or apology when warranted. But Leavitt never does that. She always crafts a response that makes it even worse by adding her own toxic twist.

This is definitely the crazy timeline that's for sure.

What a gorgeous floor in that third photo!
For years, we traveled around looking at at archeological sites (I blame having old Nat Geo magazines). Of all of the places we visited, I think Volubilis, in Morocco was one of the best.
Especially the amazing tile work.

Tomorrow I will be starting a week of archeology in the field again. Wednesday through Friday, then Monday and Wednesday.
I don't do archeology professionally though I am a trained archaeologist. I do volunteer work at archeology sites that need it, which makes me happy 🥰

I highly recommend watching archeology YouTube videos. There's something very calming about them. My favorites are Time Team, Digging for Britain, Inside Archeology, and Unearthed History.
