Hi new followers 👋, welcome, this account is a weird mix of tangents on #hacking #history and current events involving large, or particularly interesting, hacks, how the media looks at hacking and just what is going on with hacktivism.

Pro-Palestinian hacktivist group Keymous Plus, generally aligned with Russian groups, is siding with Thailand against Cambodia. They are one of the few groups in the Russian orbit I have seen to pick Thailand in this conflict. Some researchers suspect Keymous are based in Algeria.

Looking back on 2025 I want to thank everyone who has followed me, caught any of my videos on #YouTube or checked out any of the blogs I have written. I hope to have more time to put together more videos and blogs in 2026 & keep posting little tangents on current #hacking events or #history here.

Authenticity 👏 does 👏 NOT 👏 equal 👏 accuracy
Periodic reminder that just because a document is leaked, or released, its contents aren't necessarily true. Not even if the contents are (improperly) redacted. Not even if it's released via something like Wikileaks or DDoSecrets.

The word “leaked” joins so many others as seeming to have lost any real meaning, people describing previously confidential documents released legally as the result of a lawsuit as having been “leaked”. “Hacked” and “doxed” already mean anything and nothing, simultaneously.

“So in reality I kind of don’t get why people obsess so much about hacktivist groups being backed by nation states, if all they are doing is DDoS & essentially all their handlers are doing is choosing targets & funding booter services then operationally they may as well not be nation state backed..”

Thailand getting it tight lately from hacktivist groups that are aligning with Cambodia. I’d speculate this is because the Cambodian groups were more friendly with Russian hacktivists.
🚨 Alert: New Hacktivist Alliance 🚨

G.H.G.K and ZxS3C have officially announced a new alliance.

So for some of the Epstein docs they highlighted in black and then forgot to “print to pdf” which would have effectively flattened the formatting and stopped text being recoverable, but here we are.

Am I reading this right, a DDoS attack did this? In 2025? To a national postal service? Bloody hell.

I would have never watched this had it not been pulled. Won't be surprised if it becomes one of 60 Minutes' most watched segments.

“The impact of the vulnerabilities we found reaches from various signature verification bypasses, breaking encryption in transit and encryption at rest, undermining key signatures, to exploitable memory corruption vulnerabilities.”
this is going to be crazy btw.

Last night there was a mass blackout in SF; thousands of homes still w/o power. Waymos were malfunctioning all over the city, stopping dead in intersections. Extremely dangerous. What if there’s an earthquake, fire or other major disaster? Are SF residents just Guinea Pigs for private companies?

I find the idea that you need to know “how to use” AI tools really funny, as if it isn’t incredibly easy to type in prompts and the marketing these tools is that literally anyone can do it
