Left that wreck of a platform after archiving my posts on Bluesky back in late 2024. There are hundreds of studies showing a distinct bias that pushes extreme right-wing views even to neutral accounts. If you're still "on the fence" to leave, this should be a matter of safety and principle for you.
so x dot com’s ai generated CSAM and they admitted it may violate US law and … i haven’t seen in anyone in power say much at all or call to stop using the platform

Yes! Seeing people like @zein.games do wonders in The Arab League of Misfits prototype in Godot makes me hopeful we picked the right engine.
Godot really is pretty good, huh? It genuinely took some time to click, but I've found my flow and am really enjoying my nightly hour or two working on a tiny side project as my upcoming release has started wrapping up.

I offer my deepest regrets to everyone waiting for my annual ranking. I am busy being salty about an industry that views developers as disposable, where over 40K people have lost their jobs since 2021. Meanwhile CEOs make absurd claims to please investors and/of pour money into generative AI.

I really like that app called Hevy, which I found thanks to @malekawt.bsky.social. Some rarely found exercises are in there, and the most important is that they're not founded by those arm dealer investment groups.
