I legitimately didn't know they were competing with Steam and it's crazy to me that they burnt so much money on what sounds like something with very little (or wildly misguided) market research.

only bummer re air ride i can see is that i don't think 9 new courses is enough, but maybe all the extra gameplay modes and stuff will make up for it

Indie games succeeding outside the chokehold of major publishers should get everybody fired up and make them see that anything is possible but instead you just get a bunch of belly aching about how their success is "discouraging" and "unfair" to other indies.

I take it back lol this shit slaps. way better than MKW
Overall though while I'd LIKE to give the trophy to sonic polish issues are still holding the game back a lot. I don't regret buying it though and I want to see how they continue to patch it up.

Going back to MKW after the update and i'm surprised how much I prefer Crossworld's handling. It's really snappy and responsive. Plus the smaller number of players and skill being more of a factor make it easier to get invested in a race. I find my eyes glazing over a lot playing MK.
