The very first lesson I learned in 2/75 while still an E1 was "Double tap and stab." Shoot them, stick them as you move up, but the second you advance past them, they are protected and your responsibility.

$230M isn’t the issue. The problem is he’ll claim DOJ’s settlement clears him. The docs case wasn’t resolved—he just ran out the clock. He took TS/SCI material, kept it in a bathtub. Senate Intel under Rubio confirmed Russia interfered. It wasn’t a hoax.
