It really is the Ministry of Silly Walks. Trump made up an agency, staffed the real ones with heads too dumb to know the difference, and sent them off to steal the government.
I may have undersold this in my thread, but it really is astonishing as a reflection of where our government is right now. People literally don't know who is responsible for major decisions, like with DOJ saying it doesn't know who's in chard of DOGE.
