Public rental scooters are such a strange addition to city life. It's like someone invented the bench and now they're everywhere.
State cop cars are being DESTROYED by protestors who are throwing all kinds of rocks, bricks, bicycles, and scooters onto them. Sent to me by someone on the ground.

The CHP has kept 101S closed for unknown reasons, and thought it was a great idea to park all their cars directly under a bridge.
