GUYS I FINALLY DID IT! This has been a pain in the butt, but I converted one of those tiny backpacks into a side-bag! It was a TON of work! Lots of stitching through the same holes tbh. Took a couple days because I needed to line everything up each time #DIY #Kiki'sDeliveryService #sewing #crafting

One thing that isn’t talked about enough is how closely tied disability can be to homelessness. Many disabled people are forced into poverty in order to keep their medical benefits. By doing so, the income they receive isn’t enough to live off of. This isn’t a moral failing, it’s the system’s fault.
