Or to put it another way: Abusers are not good people to have in your company. They aren't 'otherwise good at their job', they AREN'T good at it.

I once read a murder mystery (Six Suspects by Vikas Swarup) where the blurb basically told you what the massive twist at the end would be and thus who the murderer was. I cannot sufficiently state that this was a 400pp murder mystery with a twist ending and they PUT IT ON THE BACK COVER.

What are some other examples of this? Not just the "they put the best action sequence/one-liner in the trailer" moments, but the trailers that spoil plot details or take all the drama/comedy out of events that are setting up something that you know is going to happen in the film?

I have seen a number of people on here defending the use of AI by "authors", and the logic and writing skills on display in those skeets pretty much explain why they are less competent to plot and write books than the average phone's predictive text function.
