I am so worried about this as my mother with dementia is in a facility and her care is paid for by Medicaid! She deserves the care she needs!
If you have a parent or grandparent at a nursing home in North Carolina, then there's a good chance their care is paid for by Medicaid. Medicaid covers 60% of all nursing home stays in our state.
