I had the misfortune of reading through a handful of Yarvin blog posts last week. He often uses the term "low human capital individuals" to sound like a distinguished racist with many leather-bound books. It's incredible pathetic.

a SCOTUS judge on a Sunday show normalizing the shadow docket to circumvent current laws by saying it's not settled law is very, very, very bad.
Amy Coney Barrett defends heavy use of the shadow docket: "If we wrote a long opinion, it might give the impression that we have finally resolved the issue, and in none of these cases have we finally resolved the issue."

Look, maybe not *all* ICE and CBP agents are bloodthirsty psychopaths, but there are plenty of stories like this one and the rest of them sure as shit don't seem to mind, so ...
CBP agents knocked on an El Paso home at 7:15 a.m.

The owner asked to secure his Rottweiler, Chop, in the bathroom.

While he got his ID, agents opened the door and shot Chop.

The family tried to save him as he bled out on the kitchen floor.

Let's not let anyone get away with pretending ICE is at any disadvantage here. These guys travel in big packs- usually 6+ unmarked vehicles; carrying dozens of war zone ready men, masked and heavily armed. ICE is the predator going after regular people and peaceful protestors.
Jim Jordan after he's played clips from videos of ICE brutalizing people, including American citizens: "I don't know the specifics of those examples you gave. What I do know is these ICE agents are under tremendous pressure ... I think they're doing a good job."
