I went to Korea for a few days last week and, after having zero luck with the My Nintendo Store lottery for a 多言語対応 Switch 2, I realised mid-trip that I could buy one there tax-free!
After buying a Japanese AC adapter, I didn’t end up saving any money, lol… but at least I can sleep easy now!

If you're a longtime followers, you know how much we both love this game. I'll keep begging to get my localizer mitts on it, but in the meantime, you can play both the 3DS and PS3 versions in English and the latter even emulates at 4k60 now. Y'all have no excuse not to try it and fall in love. 😌

Yay, glad this finally got a domestic reprint!
I’d been umming and ahhing over importing the western PS4 version, so I’m glad Square finally decided to rerelease it here.

I got into his work back in high school with Twin Peaks, and I’m just happy that, a decade after Inland Empire, he brought out The Return.
Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Waking up devastated to hear David Lynch has passed. He gave us so much across seemingly every medium. While his art was often dark and disturbing, he seemed like a lovely and pleasant person in real life. His daily weather reports got me thru Covid. Rest in peace.

I haven’t seen the first two Sonic the Hedgehog films, but my nostalgia for Sonic Adventure 2 Battle *compels me* to watch the third film.

I got Indiana Jones for Christmas!
I know the disc is a glorified coaster, but collecting Japanese Xbox games amuses me, and I was shocked that Microsoft was even bothering to release any new games here physically. Can’t imagine they’ll be printing many copies, haha.

To my surprise, the Retrotink 4K’s already here! I ordered it on Saturday, it shipped on Tuesday, and it arrived this morning!

Really glad they put out a book, because I went to the exhibition and the document-covered walls were an absolute information overload, not to mention it was super crowded, so none of it was going in my brain😅
