A telling thing happened Friday's hearing in the CFPB case. The lead DOJ atty—who had just joined DOJ earlier this month—introduced the CFPB COO as "Mr. Gomez." Judge Jackson corrected the DOJ atty, explaining to him that his client's name was Adam Martinez.
