🚨 Judge certifies Prop. 4 ruling for appeal, but absolutely roasts Utah lawmakers for playing legal games.

Judge Dianna Gibson said lawmakers had TWO paths to appeal her redistricting decisions but took neither.

The Utah Supreme Court will now decide.

Amon-Ra St. Brown did the Trump dance in week 9.

Ever since that moment, things have gone downhill for the Lions.

Today, they were mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

Pres. Adams wants California to build desalinization plants.

Desalinization uses a ton of energy, produces a lot of pollution, and the process is harmful to the environment.

But, floating this idea allows leaders to avoid having hard discussions about water usage in Utah.

the bat was quickly confined to the mudroom. protective gear was donned and a back door was opened to encourage egress. from there, progress slowed as the bat proved adept at hiding under things. at length it was rousted from beneath the dryer, capped with a flowerpot and removed from the premises.

A disturbing update to this story: Despite the fact that he was about to be released from a US prison after completing a sentence here, when Kelvin Membreño was deported to El Salvador he was sent to CECOT prison and remains there. The family has not heard from him since.
NEW — Kelvin Membreño will be deported to El Salvador by ICE tomorrow. He’s the birth father of three US citizen daughters and has become an important part of their lives.

Here their adoptive mother makes a last ditch plea to let him stay in the same country as the girls. A gutting guest essay:
A mother's urgent plea to stop ICE from deporting her daughters’ birth father tomorrow
He served his time in the US. He deserves to heal here, too.
