Increased temperatures also increase adrenaline. If you have orthostatic intolerance, tendency to tachycardia, an anxiety disorder, or anything else where elevated adrenaline increases symptoms, be very cautious in July, hottest month of the year.
There is a lot of good research out there showing that many people highly vulnerable to heat *are not aware of this*, contributing to them being unable to recognize extreme heat danger until it’s too late.
Plus many people don't think of themselves as "the very old" or "the vulnerable" who *absolutely are*.
