In addition to Lupus, they have discovered that she has a genetic blood disorder that may be extremely rare, if not entirely new, which has been making it difficult for them to find a treatment for her. To get the care she needs requires travel to ABQ and CO, with her mom and younger sister.

Mega Prayer and Mutual Aid request. My friend Lisa's daughter, Angelique Sanchez, was diagnosed with Lupus as an infant, that she has managed to survive is a miracle. Over the last two months, she has been having severe complications, this is her 5th hospitalization in that time.

Recently reminded that referring to Indigenous cultures as "socialist" is misapplication of Eurocentric thinking.
Indigenous people tend not to focus on the means of production in economies, preferring that sustainability, reciprocity, and care take priority.

So many folks giving budget friendly ideas to folks on SNAP have me kind of side-eyeing a bit as if we don't KNOW how to get the best bang for our buck and if you're doing price per serving include an upfront cost total too cuz folks cant walk into a grocery store & get the amount needed per serving
