I can remember when I first noticed younger men at my tech workplace trying to sideline me. Prior to that I was fortunate enough to enjoy what felt like equality. For all its faults, IBM in the decades I worked there was a pretty great place to work.
That people now see the typical person Silicon Valley has produced through decades long juvenilizing and coddling of young men and the persistent sidelining of women is an important thing except it’s also too late. These toxic adult toddlers are grown and cloning more.
