Apparently it's "communist" to retain a rent stabilization system which has been in place since 1941, but it's "capitalist" for Trump to insist that the federal government take a controlling stake in dozens of companies with which he engages.

Hey, send the National Guard into Utah. Let low-morale soldiers square off against irrational, heavily armed reactionaries. Just keep the firefights outside of SLC, the only decent city in the state (and an LGBTQ+ bastion).
It's hard to see how Trump won't exploit the shooting of Charlie Kirk to further expand his police state...even while his FBI is busy cutting veteran agents that don't fit into his sycophantic and ideological mode.
