As a professional gatherer of news I have to say one of the hardest things is staying simultaneously informed and sane.
The only thing that works for me is a balanced media diet and avoiding the sources that scramble my brain.
This means social media only in manageable doses.

At my daughter’s previous rental in LA she couldn’t receive a package without paying a 3rd-party locker service a fee.
