It’s not so easy to hammer the NHS winter crisis when your party has been in power for the previous fourteen years.
If I was an opposition party i would be hammering NHS winter crisis 24/7 now, flu/rsv etc has gone nuts, we all know the state the NHS was in, people actually care about this, but no sure try to out-Farage Farage on grooming gangs where only he will get whatever credit is available for doing so?
