The Old Muskego Church was one of the first Norwegian Lutheran churches in the United States when it was built in the 1840s. It is the oldest still standing.

99% of the work on a book, for me, is the early chapters. Bringing absolute clarity to a world, establishing characters, motivations, setting up the big peices you'll knock down. The last half is just executing on all the setup.

I don't think they realize what can of worms they are opening by going after Obama. It's certainly not the one they think it is. I predict the level of resistance in this country will rise to an intensity they can't even imagine.
