Rubio knows that if he doesn’t toe the line on Zelensky, he’s out. What he doesn’t seem to realize - though everyone else does - is that he’s eventually out anyway. This doesn’t end well for him, any more than it did for Tillerson, Mattis, Esper, or Pompeo.
