I’m like one of those tiny dogs that thinks it’s a big dog.
Without his word they would fight indecisively?
Hegseth: "Maximum lethality -- not tepid legality. Violent effect, not politically correct. We're gonna raise up warriors. Not just defenders."

How is this not a war crime? How this not a green light for Iran to target Israeli or U.S. civilian scientists in return?

Was looking at the bio of one of the appointees at the Pentagon and he has like 2 years of policy experience when it hit me: Hegseth is going to surround himself with people who have around the same level of experience that he does. The Uniformed personnel are going to have a helluva time.

Trump, Vance, Hegseth, and Combs all said they were briefed on the collision, so they all knew about this internal FAA report when they went on TV to blame minorities for the crash.

Ah the chaos of an early Trump presidency, I’m actually glad to see it. I wrongly assumed Project 2025 meant they knew what they were doing.

This hearing reminds me of the Betsy DeVos hearing where the senators are painfully walking the nominee through what their job entails bc they have no clue.

Was not sure where that was going at the start but Sen Hassan brought home so very clearly: no matter what RFK Jr believes, if Trump asks him to do something he’ll do it.

Oh Whitehouse is pissed.

Sen Warner is making it pretty clear RFK Jr has no idea how the HHS works or what it even does.

Reinstating service members who were discharged from the military for refusing to comply with a vaccine mandate (they are required to have several vaccines varying on the location). Is such a bad idea. If they can’t follow the rules they should not be in the military. That’s not how it works!

Not accurate. Colombia accepts many deportation flights. Columbia objected to deportees arriving in U.S. military flights in chains. This was resolved by having Colombia’s demands met.

We spoke with NYU journalism professor Chenjerai Kumanyika about how the school's intensified campus policing strategy might be doing Donald Trump's work for him.

It’s absolute bs excuse but people claiming treatment is experimental or has side effects and that’s why the state should step in, that’s medicine! There are so many experimental studies out there that are left to the FDA to regulate. Why is this any different?
I dunno David, showing sympathy for a group usually includes opposing state efforts to ban the healthcare that they need.

Don’t forget that Bezos made his cleaning staff climb out of a window to use the bathroom.
Guys, I know a lot of you were bummed about the election.

Look for the silver lining, like this happy-go-lucky fellow!
Jeff Bezos says he loves Donald Trump's hatred of regulations. He's "optimistic" about Trump 2.0.

What about Trump's whole media-is-the-enemy thing?

"I am going to try to talk him out of that idea."
