Instead of however many dumb words the NYT dedicated to Olivia Nuzzi, I’m gonna need an entire NYT Magazine dedicated to Fred Hermes:

1999 vs 2025. ‘Annie’ was my first paid music theater gig a quarter century ago… the past two weeks, I’ve been using a keyboard I bought back then with summer job money ($1200!) Happily, the keyboard is still going strong thanks to some Mac Mini fortification and so am I.

Protein obsession has even followed me to my fav sub shop, where they’re trying to attract folks to their new wrap via 60 grams of the stuff.
my latest investigation for @consumerreports.org is based on months of reporting and 60+ lab tests of leading protein supplements

we found that most protein powders and shakes have more lead in one serving than our experts say is safe to have in a day (🧵)
