For the final day of 2025 I had to go out and buy an new mattress asap because it turns out my stupid Nectar mattress was releasing fiberglass particles for the last 4 years. No email, no recalls btw. New mattress arrives Saturday and I'm stressed as fuck. 2025 can go to hell.

I got gifted two items with AI art on it and a re-gifted item I gave them last year. Assessing everything, I think I spent too much time and effort on others. Next year I'm just handing out gift cards and saving my sanity 🫠

Los Angeles suffered tremendously because of the wildfires. The president of the United States has wanted to make the immigrants who make the city suffer and declared war on the city. But all throughout it, L.A. makes it work daily. It’s a place where people go to make it. LA deserves this.

Ngl Halloween kinda sucked this year. Started off with a huge headache due to a knot on the back of my neck and ended with a dinner that didn't taste very good because I fucked it up. Cool.

Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.

If you have it please donate cash to the food banks. $10 in their hands will feed more people than the $10 worth of canned goods you can buy for retail prices. Also check on your elders. Many of them will not admit they rely on these programs so grocery gift cards or a surprise bag of staples
