I have a real answer as a guy who nearly fits (CIS but bi not het), who reads a lot of philosophy.
I just like thinking about thinking a lot, I'm into poetry and I do read other things to give myself a break of sorts, though generally more slowly than philosophy.
It's just sorta cool man.
