On second review, this looks to be just smoke grenades / flashbang. Bovino has been carrying around a CS gas canister in his hand though, so not ruling out that gas was deployed elsewhere this morning—it's been incredibly chaotic, with agents attacking people in multiple locations.
Federal immigration agents have deployed gas in Little Village, on 26th between Komensky and Pulaski, per videos shared online after 11 am this morning.
