There isn’t a more blatant First Amendment violation out there.
ICE’s acting director ordered a Boston Catholic parish to tear down its Advent Nativity scene—stripped of baby Jesus and branded with the message “ICE WAS HERE.” The parish priest is refusing, citing he pope’s call to stand with migrants. It's another chapter in Kristi Noem's war on Christians.
“ICE Was Here”: Pope Leo-Inspired Nativity Scene Sparks MAGA Outrage
A Nativity scene missing Jesus — and marked with an “ICE was here” sign — has triggered cries of “politicizing Christmas.” The parish priest says he’s answering Pope Leo's call to welcome stranger.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

Tip for private photographers, influencers, pedestrians, rookie railfans & general public:
If train tracks you are near look like those at left (top of rail is shiny silver), don’t be on them at any time/place but for designated crossings.
Abandoned look like the at right: rusted on top, go nowhere.

Also: what someone is eating or not eating isn’t any of your business.
Holiday reminders:

- If someone has a new relationship, they’ll tell you. You don’t need to ask.
- If someone is pregnant and they want to share that, they’ll tell you. You don’t need to ask.
- If someone’s body has changed, they’re aware. You don’t need to point it out.
