Er, here's a tip. Try not to shatter your cornea. It feels like broken glass. And you have to have eye drops for at least a year (!) Got overly hopeful at the hospital after they gave me a magical painkiller for the eye exam. Back to it not wanting to open again now 😭

This morning I very intentionally complimented someone's sparkly Crocs a few minutes after hearing her mutter at a car that pulled into the crosswalk in front of us. It's not world peace or universal healthcare, but her whole posture changed. I like to think it mattered a tiny bit.
A reminder that every small bit of good you do - whether it be putting art into the world, helping a friend or stranger, donating to a good cause, or just listening to someone who needs to vent - offsets all the evil in the world just a little bit. And sometimes that's just what the world needs.

I've started doodling made-up portmanteau words (niche, I know) whilst editing the podcast because I need something to occupy my hands/eyes so I don't zone out. Anyone got any good suggestions for someone (me) who failed art at school? 🫤 So far I have done 'Flameingo', 'Treepot', and 'Burdito'
