Are other people like this: if anyone wanted to sew or journal or shop or whatever skill I have I would be thrilled to take them onboard and teach them what I know. It’s like info dumping my hyperfixation. if more people felt this way maybe others wouldn’t be scared to ask for guidance. #mutualaid

Had a follow up with my hematologist a week or so ago. She reviewed my labs in front of me and in under 10 minutes said “keep doing what you’re doing” and then charged insurance $700 and now I am on the hook for $390 for that service. You know what? Let me die! Bc I’m sick of these crooks.

I’m halfway through weaning off of Paxil. It’s a complicated process of easing down and every month or so I really feel it in my brain. Today is one of those days 😮💨 everything is giving me all the feelings. 😩

people regularly ask me what they should do to prepare for the possibility of mass violence and civil unrest. we give this advice often on It Could Happen Here but this is my list of advice in no specific order:
take a stop the bleed course. get to know your neighbors. Organize in your community. learn about storing food and filtering or otherwise obtaining fresh water. explore radio / ham comms. learn about disaster preparedness. Volunteer.

I only signed up for HBO for White Lotus bc of my insatiable attraction to one actor. “Oh niffy, it’s Schwarzenegger, right? Goggins?” No, it’s Fabian. The grip Christian Friedel has on me is unmatched. That man could read the dictionary and I’d throw my money at who ever I need to to hear it.

It occurred to me that this might be weird to some. I save paper and bags to make the pages of my journals. I iron the paper stuffing from my parcels and now I am also using this to wrap my son’s gifts which will come back to me and will become a book. It’s a small but not insignificant life hack
