I had requested a mail in ballot & never got one & never got anything resolved about it, so I guess I’m hauling my broken ass out of my inaccessible house to go to a cesspool of disease, because no one masks, to vote for my local elections because they’re not keeping me away from my god damn rights.

One reason I do the hammer game at the Maryland Ren Fest is the ego boost, but another, possibly greater, reason is to collect all the tiny hammers. Receiving Trinkets really is how anything gets done

I’ve seen so many people spreading the misinformation that PBS is shut down or is shutting down.
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting has been shut down and PBS has been defunded.
HOWEVER!!! PBS still exists. It is more important now than ever that you donate to PBS if you can.

Rereading Gideon The Ninth and I still can't get over how Muir was able to give every character such a distinctive voice. There are so many people in this story yet they're each so perfectly characterized in the way they're written. Every conversation feels just as entertaining as the sword fights
