What a cool signal about how the fortunes of AI are intertwined with the fascist project! Please keep shrugging about how it’s inevitable!
They want to withhold federal money for a state’s infrastructure if the state has a law that protects its residents from the downsides of AI.

The prompt was "please make an image of an impeachment season pass." The image is what Gemini came up with. Not a bad first effort, but why El Taco, and holding a broken gavel? And what's with the misspellings?

We're living in the dumbest timeline
The USG has a new explanation on why they (now admittedly) intentionally killed 2 shipwrecked men. It does not pass the laws-of-war smell test

Worse for Hegseth, NYT: "Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth approved contingency plans for what to do if an initial strike left survivors."

The armbands are next or some other ridiculous accoutrement.
Trump’s is a Nazi regime -

They are rounding people up.

They are demanding ppl comply with illegal orders.

They are killing indiscriminately.

They are targeting particular minority group.

They are trying to control the media.

They are controlling corporations.

It’s not about the armbands.

Don’t forget that *Trump’s own lawyer’s argument* to the Supreme Court in the immunity case was that the check on the President using his immunity to order criminal acts was that those under him would not follow illegal orders. Now it’s a crime for lawmakers to remind servicemembers of that?
The President doesn't want you standing up and speaking out against him, so he's coming after me to intimidate all of us.

But I won't back down — and neither should you.

According to Fox News, if you are a racist Young Republican you are still a "kid" when you are 34, but if you are an Epstein victim, you are an adult when you're 15.

It Was Always Going to End This Way – Outside the Beltway
It all starts with this: I do not believe that there is any real chance for the Democrats to get what they want on healthcare. This is not a moment in which, this time, finally, the hostage-taking minority party is going to get what it wants.

OVER A MILLION USERS

DISCUSS SUICIDE WITH CHATGPT

EVERY *WEEK*

what the fuck are we DOING here
Panera’s moderately caffeinated lemonade was loosely associated with 2 deaths before it was taken off market.

This article alone has 4 examples of ChatGPT encouraging young people to commit suicide, and OpenAI’s own public stats estimate over a million users discuss suicide with ChatGPT each week.

I wonder whether any surviving Soviet aparatchiks are kicking themselves for having given up the fight too soon.
Tesla shareholders approved Elon Musk's $1 trillion pay package.

Meanwhile, millions of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, can't afford to feed their families, and struggle with cuts to the safety net made to finance tax cuts for the super-rich.

American capitalism is off the rails.
