How about demanding science based/evidence based food guidelines! Our current guidelines are not based on the best scientific evidence.. some actuality by NIH that has been ignored, hidden or misinterpreted and people are dying and suffering to maintain this $$$, ego & faith fuelled DELUSION 😢
