I've seen enough, welcome back DmC: Devil May Cry
The vc was pretty lukewarm on Control until Dylan pulled out the megaton hammer, then everyone was all "well hold on let's give it a chance."
This is absolutely gonna be the most mid character action game I've ever played and I still can't wait, thank you Remedy.

I would say that E33 is nearly universally appealing to anyone that enjoys videogames as a medium to almost any degree.
@patstaresat.bsky.social I completely bounced off Baldur's Gate 3 and never fully understood the hype.
Would you say that E33 is appealing to people who don't play a lot of RPGs? I'm very interested in the story, but unsure if I will vibe with the gameplay.

I would say that E33 is nearly universally appealing to anyone that enjoys videogames as a medium to almost any degree.
I finished E33 recently and the ending made me put down my controller in the middle of it and bawl my eyes out for 10 minutes thinking about people I've lost. I'm glad it got all of this deserved recognition, and I hope the studio makes a thousand more games that tear my heart out again and again.

I am hearing that Geoff Keighley received the light of Islam and unhesitatingly recited the Shahada during a cut segment of The Game Awards. He said Allah looks down on the Ummah from the gardens of Jannah. Truly there is no god but Allah, and Mohammad (PBUH) is his prophet!
