This is not a ceasefire, it is another Nakba. the western humanitarian regime is being told to shut up about it, bc the governments want to move on after giving the bare minimum lip service to cool off popular unrest from the street. We are not going to let them. @nsamsen.bsky.social's latest

Nobody actually disagrees about the fact that Israel is an apartheid state, we're just arguing about whether that's good or not.
The consul-general also thinks all Palestinian territory actually belongs to Israel and that Palestinians should have a state elsewhere.

One way in which Israeli settler colonialism very closely matches that of North America's is the way in which the "frontier-settler" has a de facto alliance with the army. The army allows settler violence to happen and in many cases actively supports it, without official policy needing to say so.

This investigation paints a very bleak picture as to the prospects of ever getting the European Union, the largest trading bloc with Israel, to enforce the bare minimum obligations it has under international law.
An investigation by a German outlet has found that in German supermarkets, wines from illegal settlements in the illegally occupied West Bank are labelled as "from Israel".

This violates both EU regulations and the International Court of Justice's advisory ruling on the occupation of the oPT.

It is interesting that Kenneth Roth claims that the report is not substantiated by international legal principles when HRW released a virtually identical conclusion in a different report on the denial of a return to amounting to a crime against humanity in Chagos.

Israel has also canceled the scheduled exit of patients through the Rafah Crossing for today. Many will die as a result of this murderous policy.

I'm not sure people appreciate quite what a blow to Starmer's government the acquittal of the Palestine Action protestors is. It both blows apart the whole proscription idea and demonstrates how out of touch they are.

Israel accepts that it killed 70k people in Palestine, the overwhelming number of them were civilians. Does it still maintain that this was an act of self defence? Palestine has the highest rate of child amputees in the world - is this also part of that self defence?

They’ve sent them to Instagram to get the identities of protesters. They’ve used them to demand detailed personal info of 7,000 hospital employees who participated in protests.
