It’s fun that the rules of baseball just randomly don’t apply to Blue Jays games from time to time. Really spices things up.

That's kind of ridiculous that they're saying it's fan interference but it would have been a home run anyway.

It can't be interference if it was a home run anyway. #Bluejays

In London, Ont., where Jr. hockey is king, 5 ex-National Junior Team players are not guilty of sexual assault. The net effect of this repugnant outcome is teenage jerks in every tank town in Canada have a template to use for no-fault gangbanging. Call it the Carroccia Plan. Congratulations, judge.

Imagine that it was your job to show up at a school, lie to teachers, and snatch up first graders. I honestly don’t know how you could live with yourself.
BREAKING: Federal agents in plain clothes and unmarked cars tried to snatch 1st graders from LA elementary schools—told staff they had “parental consent.”

They lied. When pressed, they HID THEIR IDS. DHS admits they sent them. This wasn’t a welfare check. It was a test run for a police state.

An astronomy professor colleague of mine once relayed trying to explain to his students why it was important that they actually write their class reports themselves. “The point is not to teach ME about neutron stars,” he said.
Even accepting the premise that AI produces useful writing (which no one should), using AI in education is like using a forklift at the gym. The weights do not actually need to be moved from place to place. That is not the work. The work is what happens within you.

If you live your life believing that people are horrible and are generally trying to screw you over, you will find that this is true.
