We live in polarising times and many can't even see their own extremism.
But extremists always want you to pick sides, to show your colours, to swear allegiance to their cause or else label you to be of the other extreme.
And it was predicted!

Yes, but abandoning GHG reduction is NOT going to make the US export any more cars. They would first have to come up with decent cars and decent car makers (even if Tesla made the best car in the world I would not buy one).

The fact that public transport coverage has improved significantly is usually ignored. Many parts of rural Ireland do have public transport.
