lentil soup (in the classic style of a turkish recipe, we're going with vibes, sorry)

1 part lentils (usually 1 cup)
4ish parts liquid (water or broth)
idk some onion/garlic (usually 1/2-1 onion and 4-6 cloves garlic)
a bunch of carrots
SPICES*

The UT System Board of Regents authorized campus presidents on Thursday to replace faculty senates with less independent versions of the bodies.

Regents also authorized major policy changes that will significantly limit free speech on campuses in response to pro-Palestinian protests last year.

I don't have a good answer for what the alternative looks like, but asking 18 years to bet their future on highly specified training for jobs based on which they think will be in high demand 5-10 years from now turned out to be a very bad way to structure higher education
