i believe that the citizens of the united states have the right to tell our leaders what to do. if they would not like to be beholden to our desires they can quit.

Don't get it twisted: they are banning hypnosis and other kinks because credit card companies want to put stricter and stricter fences around NSFW content in order to get rid of it completely, and yes, it's political.

These companies are literal gates between simply paying someone else for an entirely legal service, yet they are imposing arbitrary nonsense rules under moral guises. I can walk into a store and buy a dildo (for now), I can donate to extremist groups, but art of a dong and they're clutching pearls.

The problem is not that AI all sucks. Veo3 is mindblowingly good and whatever Veo4 is will be better. The question isn't whether it's good, it's what to do. And I don't think we can wish it away any more than print artists and journalists could wish away the Internet in the late 90s.

they’re also right. you can either compete with this stuff via output frequency and volume by hand (hard, since it takes 30s or so to generate an image) or you can use the tools to flood the zone and prevent it from becoming partisan genre
