VRC makes me more physically emotive, but the issue is that doesn't go away when I take off the headset, so I am just turning into an anime cat IRL

I want to get into VRC world creation next -- I have a couple ideas I really want to implement. I should probably start smaller than this but I REALLY want to make a bedroom that has a dollhouse in it that is fully functional if you're small enough (plus include player pickups...)

I have felt really sharp about hypnosis this week working on this article, and I felt like I did a really nice trance with my partner last night too, but suddenly today I feel like I have no idea what I'm talking about and I am so stuck lol

Here's the updated VRC hypnotic crystal -- I fully remodeled it, feathered the spiral overlay, added rainbow shift, and updated the shader (it sparkles so well now!).
Again this is on Quest (it's only ~600 triangles too)!
I used it on my partner last night and it was very effective and fun >:3

Next thing I need to learn is how to make and animate my own custom spirals. Because if I want to share any hypnotic VRC creations, I need to control every single step of the pipeline for copyright reasons.
If anyone has any experience/tips doing this, please let me know!

I had a super productive day! I got a ton of work done on my "Build Your Own Elman Induction" essay, other todos, and even had time to build a test version of a VRC Quest-friendly crystal (it swings, shines/glows, and has a spiral overlay)!

I'm working on an article that breaks down the Elman induction and how we can improve it and build our own "modular" inductions, and it's nice to revisit it and see what a nice teaching tool it is in the right hands. There's a lot to criticize but it actually has a LOT to teach.

Trance is a physical experience: if you elicit a bodily position and sensations of trance that someone is used to, that acts as an anchor and gets them into hypnosis. In fact it's hard (maybe fun!) to try to NOT go into trance if you tell someone to relax, slump over, flutter eyes, and part lips.

Whew I got back from family visit and had a call with my sweetheart and remembered how to really go deep into trance :)))
It's hard to have to disconnect from my sexuality so fully when I'm with them. Nice extended visit but happy to be home.
