In 1966, Dad took my brother, just 9, and me a jumpy 11YO, to Legion Field to see the Iron Bowl. It was freezing. Dad pointed out Bear (by his fedora) and Shug Jordan on the other side. Kenny Stabler made a 63 yd. TD pass to Ray Perkins just before the half to deafening cheers. 31-0. Cheers Dad. RIP

I find myself blocking a LOT of liberal folks in the Northeast because they feel compelled to shit on our parade. We, and I mean Alabama Democrats and Independents, sent this man to DC once against an all-time loser candidate. Black women as a demographic overwhelming went for Jones and won the race
