i thought i might do a collection of open source example Love2D games to do some practice in the engine and also provide a community resource. i'm not proud of how long i've been playing my flappy bird clone today instead

last week i remembered that macOS lets you set your own icons and that *I* have the power to delegitimize the professionalism of the software that runs on my machine, so here's a thread of the 16 new icons i've made so far
i really forgot how fun it was to just sit down and make art for myself :')

been playing lumines electronic symphony and the music is amazing just as y'all said but i'm sorry the "tap on the back to charge your special" and "here's a piece that will randomize all the blocks and ruin your combo setups" are dogwater mechanics

game design, coding, art... all of these skills are trivial compared to the most important aspect of indie game development: having 10 friends who will leave a positive steam review on day 1
