If you want to support indie devs the best way to do it is to review their games on Steam, because games get a visibility boost the more reviews they have.
You don't need to write a long review for it to 'count' either, a single sentence is enough.
I have never written a Steam review ever, but I'm seeing that it would help you (and other indie devs) if more people did
And I was wondering what is a valid review for Steam, do I need a wall of text like most people do or does a two sentence thing is enough to be counted
