I am so tired of being sick and exhausted! I just want to be able to leave the house. I am so bored (ADHD brain and chronic illness don't mix 🙃) and have ended up in bed scrolling a lot because I'm not up for doing anything and so much news is not going to do anything to improve my mood! Blerg!

Measles/MMR booster thread... If you were born before 1990 there's a good chance you may need a booster. Talking to my doctor about this is another thing on my to-do list
Common questions I have been answering about my basic message about the vaccine boosters (bsky.app/profile/raha...) collected into one thread, with answers:
The tl;dr 1-post summary: Get your MMR titers checked or a booster shot if you were born 1957-1989. Get a Tdap booster if it's been more than 5 years since your last one. (The CDC says 10 years; the CDC is wrong.)
