So many people who imagine themselves to be Marxists have a deeply liberal and idealist understanding of transphobia. It's not a debate, it's a power struggle and if you aren't willing to clearly take trans people's side, you are a scab.

It is amazing how I went from "I would pay a monthly sub to keep this app ad free and maybe get some premium features." to "It's my solemn duty to be as mean to the ownership of this app and cost them as much money as possible." in the span of a year.
The sad thing about the owners' contempt towards the userbase is that Bluesky is genuinely a far better Twitter alternative, from a user experience the lack of an algorithm that only seemed to push conflict and suppress people I was following is a staggering difference. You got a good thing here!
