Well, well, well, just as expected, there’s a lot more buried in the Appleby Report and the ICO.

I’m now demanding Wes Streeting’s department explain what the meow they thought they were doing by redacting parts of the witness statement.

1. On Tuesday Night, Democrats won elections nationwide in a stunning rebuke of anti-transgender politics.

From Virginia to New Jersey to New York and beyond, anti-trans candidates fell left and right after spending tons of time and money campaigning on hate.

The full weight of western capitalism is about to laser focus on NYC. The robber barons failed to win and will panic. They will sabotage NYC because the system cannot allow Mamdani's term to be successful. They cannot allow people to believe things can be better. Your job now is to hold the line.

Tommy Robinson / Stephen Yaxley-Lennon using the same argument as Maya Forstater?

How closely intertwined are transphobia and the far right going to get?
A District Judge has cleared Tommy Robinson on a terror charge because he found Robinson had a protected belief. How does that pass the 5th limb of the Grainger test?

The "trans" story so far in the UK...

The entire anti-LGBT extremist movement knows that misgendering trans people causes extreme distress and even suicide, so they went to the Supreme Court to mandate that the entire country must, by law, misgender literally every trans person in the country.

Been back on prog for 24 hours and I've already had some bloke silly grinning at my boobs. In a garden centre 🤷‍♀️

Anyway the right-wing wet dream might be to ship me off to a conversion therapy camp or something, but I'm going to have fucking fabulous tits when I get there

Disastrous for both Labour and Tory parties; the Westminster political class with it's mutualistic relationship with the media and establishment, and it's disconnect from the rest of the country, is becoming irrelevant

This smells of the gender recognition panel testing their power and influence.

This is a gross abuse of power. The gender recognition panel should be abolished.

1/🧵 The EHRC asked the minister to revoke the current Code of Practice. This position is inconsistent with the misinformation spread by some of its commissioners. They advised service providers not to follow the Code, but instead to rely on their interim guidance, which has since been withdrawn.

Aside from the senseless cruelty from our so called Human Rights body, The absurdity of requiring that every UK business seeks legal advice on how & whether they should attempt to segregate Trans people. What a monumental waste of money, time & resources to spend on lawyers.
🚨 The EHRC has withdrawn advice to segregate Trans+ from website, and told businesses to seek legal advice 👇

The move comes amid approval for a draft code which largely advises the same, but campaign group the Good Law Project says businesses who continue to follow could face legal action 🧵

Tuesday: Shabana Mahmood attacks an international human rights body for pointing out the UK is likely breaching its legal obligations to trans people.

Wednesday: five months after publishing transphobic legal guidance the EHRC, a month before it has to defend it in court, takes it down.
The EHRC has finally, five months after producing its wildly transphobic and, we believe, unlawful Interim Guidance now taken it down. Our judicial review challenge to that Interim Guidance will be heard in less than one month.
