- Red light cameras w fees on sliding scale by income
- Revoke licenses & impound cars for excessive speeders (repeat violations or super-high speeds)
- Redesign major thoroughfares to create fully separated, protected bike lanes & wide sidewalks
- Red light cameras w fees on sliding scale by income
